Sprint Kickoff and Team Alignment

On 17 September 2024, Oliver Klee, Łukasz Uznański, and myself took part in the Best Practices Team remote code sprint.

The day began at 11:00 with a joint huddle. Since we were already familiar with one another, we jumped right into a check-in to set the tone for the day. Next, we discussed the sprint goals, rules, and roles, followed by a review of the board. Each participant shared their motivation for the sprint.

Achievements

In this code sprint, we focused on bug fixing and updating the packages. During the sprint, we merged eight commits into the Tea example extension and closed eight tickets.

Personal Reflections

For me, it was the first code sprint with this team, and I have to say that I felt very comfortable and am already looking forward to the next one. We are proud of what we achieved, have learned new skills, and we each supported each other in our tasks.
