How Scrum drives project management of TYPO3 version 5.
Since the new PHP-Framework FLOW3 that forms the basis for the upcoming TYPO3, is sufficiently stable, the TYPO3-team concentrates more on the development of TYPO3 5, code name Phoenix since the beginning of this year. On March 21st 2010 the TYPO3-Phoenix team's decided to plan and develop the new TYPO3 version more agile with the help of the Scrum principle. This article looks at Scrum and shows how the team works with it.
For some time already we have the Code Of Conduct on typo3.org. It is time to put some extra focus on it as our community is growing and getting more active by the day.
