In this episode, we speak with TYPO3 Team Lead Thomas “Spoony” Löffler, a developer and contributor to TYPO3 since 2005. Thomas loves attending TYPO3 events, and he also runs his own one-person TYPO3 agency, Spooner Web. We speak about his extensive experience with TYPO3, his love for TYPO3 events, and the support he’s received and given to the TYPO3 community.

In this episode, we hear from Tymoteusz “Tymek” Motylewski, Co-Founder and CTO of Macopedia and TYPO3 Core contributor. In this episode, we hear from Susi Moog, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the TYPO3 GmbH. Today we learn about how she first came to know and use TYPO3, what her day-to-day role consists of, and how the TYPO3 GmbH enhances the CMS technology and supports the community, agencies, and professionals within it.

We are running a UX Workflow Pilot Program, and invite all TYPO3 users to test the new Page Module with your version 11 projects. This pilot will allow us to test the UX workflow, and collect your feedback before integrating changes into the Core.

TYPO3 v11 LTS was released in early October 2021, and it will have a predictable release plan for upcoming maintenance releases, as we have done since TYPO3 v7. It’s a transparent schedule so everybody in the TYPO3 Community can know when to expect the next bug-fix and maintenance release.
