The new year started with exciting new projects like the TYPO3 book project and a couple of interesting blog posts

Again, the TYPO3 project can look back on a very successful year. Here is the last issue of This Month in TYPO3 for this year. Thank you very much for the constantly flowing input!

We’ve just wrapped up the 2018 TYPO3 Community Marketing Sprint and we’re celebrating! We came together in rainy Venlo, in the Netherlands, with the goal to re-design, re-write, and publish typo3.org/cms and it’s sub-pages and we did it!

The year 2018 is slowly coming to its end, but the TYPO3 project and community are still vibrant and full of power. Here is a summary of what happened in November!

Choosing the right CMS for an organization is a tough decision, and one that is increasingly made by marketers instead of the IT department. We need to get our message across to these decision makers. Even better, we can get these non-technical contributors involved in our community!

You probably already know my.typo3.org as the site to register your typo3.org user account. But an exciting change is coming–my.typo3.org will become an important space for our community. Read on to find out what we are planning.

October was mainly dominated by the release of TYPO3 v9 LTS. A lot of extensions are already compatible with v9 and also the first projects have been updated or freshly created.
