TYPO3 Association General Assembly 2025

The General Assembly (GA) 2025 of the TYPO3 Association will take place on the 8th April 2025 in Düsseldorf.

The meeting is planned as a hybrid event. Alternatively, you can attend the meeting at the TYPO3 GmbH offices, or via videoconference.

Members of the TYPO3 Association are allowed to send in petitions, which are discussed and decided at the General Assembly.
The submission is allowed up to two weeks before the General Assembly (March 25th, 2025):
Submit Petition

• Opening of the General Assembly
• Minutes of the last General Assembly
• Annual report of the associations' boards
• Annual financial statement and reports of the statutory auditors and the business control committee (BCC)
• Grant discharge to the association's board, business control committee, treasurer, statutory auditors, and committees
• Budget for the running year
• Determination of admission fees and annual dues for all types of members
• Elections of the

• Petitions of the

• Relocation of the headquarters of the TYPO3 Association

• Amendments to the bylaws
