The last TYPO3 Agency Meetup Day of the year has taken place on November 5 in Vienna.
This has been one of the largest meetups in 2015, with a total of 20 participants and 16 agencies being represented.
The agenda has been formed by an introduction from Mathias Schreiber on TYPO3 CMS 7 and on the latest news from the core team, followed by a Q&A session and open discussion.
The afternoon part has started with a one-year retrospective, which outlined what has been achieved in the TYPO3 world (Community and Association) between 2014 and 2015; this has been followed by a session focussed on marketing material, marketing ideas, and on asking the participants what the marketing team should focus on next year. The expressed ideas have reinforced what has been said at other meetups: have localized marketing material, improved the showcases and case studies, give stronger visibility to TYPO3 at events and on the press.
The feedback given to the Marketing Team on the day was very positive, and the participants have expressed the wish to welcome another Agency Meetup Day next year in Austria.
The insightful material and ideas collected during this year's roadshow will be summarized in a report, which will be published by the marketing team in the next months. Moreover, the marketing team will start soon the planning for next year's Agency Meetup Days.
