Recent Improvements in Fluid
Some of you in the TYPO3 community may have already noticed increased activity around TYPO3’s templating engine, Fluid, in recent months. The Fluid…
The TYPO3 Awards are all about recognizing and celebrating the incredible work done within our community by both — agencies and freelancers alike. By submitting your project, you’ll have the chance to gain international recognition by winning one of our prestigious awards — and going down in TYPO3 Award History!
Last year, we received an impressive 221 submissions covering three years of projects during the pandemic. We would love to see the TYPO3 Ecosystem submitting an equally high number of projects from the last 12 months! Don’t miss out on your chance to be one of the lucky winners and receive a beautiful TYPO3 award on 28 November during our Award Gala.
Submit Your Projects to the TYPO3 Awards
After careful reconsideration of everyone’s feedback following last year’s edition of T3CON, we changed and added several award categories to better reflect the community's needs and wishes. That’s why this year, we’re offering 16 diverse categories to ensure every type of project has a place:
In addition to these categories, we’ll be awarding extra surprise awards — so stay tuned for that, too!
Before submitting, please ensure your project meets the following eligibility criteria:
*Each company can submit a maximum of two projects per category.
**Legacy & heritage projects are admissible even without a specified launch year or currently supported TYPO3 version.
Every submission will undergo a rigorous, TYPO3 internal evaluation process before being handed over to our jury of digital industry specialists. The jury will judge the shortlisted nominees from every category and decide on the special TYPO3 Awards together.
Our jurors bring varying areas of expertise from the business, marketing, UX and technical fields, ensuring that their judgments are both informed and objective. Projects will be evaluated based on:
Beyond these technical aspects, the jury will also consider the ‘human factor’ – their professional insight and experience – to ensure that the winners stand out not only for their technical quality but also for their creativity and overall excellence. Please note that these criteria obviously only apply to openly accessible websites and not to Intranets and Extranets.
Submitting your project is straightforward. Head over to shop.typo3.com and submit your project with all the necessary details. After placing the order you will receive the link to an additional information form. There, please be sure to highlight the challenges you faced, the solutions you implemented, and the impact your project has had to give our jury as much information as possible.
The countdown is on, and with just one month left, it’s time to act! Join the TYPO3 Awards 2024 by submitting your project before 15 September. You could be one of the lucky winners, recognized for excellence within the global TYPO3 community.
We’re excited to see what you’ve been working on and to celebrate the outstanding talent within our community. Best of luck to all participants! We’re looking forward to meeting you in person on 28 November 2024.
