New certification prints, bagdes, and syllabus

In collaboration with the Education Committee, the Certification Team is extending the certification curriculum and will provide more high quality certifications in the near future, one of them being the almost finished "TYPO3 CMS Certified Developer". By extending, we also had to rework the badges every certified person can use on his/her own website and print materials, as the current state was not flexible enough to compete with certification growth. You find the <link>new badges for Certified Integrators here. The new certification prints will be shipped to all successful exam participants from now on! Next to our brand new badges and print templates, we've restructured our certification page and are now publishing an official <link>syllabus to each exam, aiming to help participants in their preparation.
