Right after the CMS Team meeting in Hannover 17 people met in sunny (*cough, cough*) Hamburg, Germany for another codesprint. Read about the results:

At TYPO3 Camp Rhine Ruhr 2014 Fiona Hasenau did a session on "Community Diversity". Many people were interested in this topic and the session had a great mix of old veterans and newcomers, attending their first camp.

The TYPO3 Eastern Europe Conference took place in Cluj, Romania on October 31 and November 1, 2014. Andrea Herzog Kienast describes the atmosphere, how we party, and how we are very serious in our work we do for TYPO3 even when we dance.

The first beta of TYPO3 Neos version 1.2 has been released for testing.

September started with the TYPO3camp Munich followed by the Active Contributor Meeting of the TYPO3 CMS team. In the second half of September there was the user experience week in the Harz. The 10th TYPO3 conference took place in Berlin from October 8 - 10. This month ended with the Dutch TYPO3 congress on Tuesday October 28 and I am writing all this from TYPO3 Eastern Europe an international TYPO3 event in the heart of Transylvania. Great to be here for halloween.

The community working group had a hangout with Ashe Dryden to get some input on how to increase diversity, be inclusive and at the same time spread TYPO3.

The TYPO3 Association wants to improve our way of doing community management. For that we invite everyone, from inside and outside our TYPO3 community to send in ideas, concepts and out-of-the-box solutions of how community management should be for the next 5 years. Consider this an alternative job application, since the best idea will be selected to do the job.

Between 27th of september and 5th of october nearly 30 people met in Denmark at an amazing castle to work on TYPO3 Neos. Participants from the United States, Cambodia, Russia and all over Europe worked on several parts of the content management system with the major goals to improve the user experience, add additional features and fix bugs.
