At the 6th of April the GA will decide on the concept of TYPO3 Inc.
We are happy that so many members attended our webinar this week, where Alain Veuve presented TYPO3 Inc. Draft Business Plan. As the interest for this topic is that high, we decided, to allow more time for this topic. In the morning we will have a separate session, where we present and discuss the plans. In the afternoon, there will be mainly the formal part of the Assembly.

If you are not able to take part personally, you are allow to delegate your voting right to another member. Please note, each member has a single vote in the general assembly. A different member can be authorized in writing to exercise the voting right. The authorization for each general assembly must be given separately; a single member must not represent more than five other votes.
