After a successful initial round of interviews, we are now looking to hear from more editors and end-users. We are interested in exploring the entire content management workflow, and the anonymized results will flow directly into the strategic work and product development of TYPO3 CMS.
Each interview participant will receive a free ticket to this year’s TYPO3 conference, T3CON24 (value €654.50).
How You Can Help
If you are an agency employee or freelancer, please pass on our interview request to your TYPO3 customers and encourage them to share their user knowledge and experiences with us. We have prepared a template for this request (see below). You are free to modify it, we only ask that you ensure the facts and, in particular, the core procedure remains the same.
If you are a TYPO3 editor, or otherwise publish content on a TYPO3-based website that you haven’t made yourself, please contact us today! Lissa Sum, from 4L Impact Strategies, is helping us with the interviews. She will be happy to receive your email: ls(at)4l-impact-strategies.de
Jobs-to-be-Done Interviews
The interviews employ the Jobs to be Done (JTBD) framework to uncover the actual reasons why users buy products or services. It's not just about what users do, but why they do it: The underlying needs they have and the goals they want to achieve, the so-called jobs to be done.
The online interview will take a maximum of one hour, in English or German, and will take place at a suitable time during the coming months. In addition to the interviewer, Lissa Sum from 4L Impact Strategies, a representative from TYPO3 will be present.
Thank you for helping make TYPO3 an even better CMS!
