Next Bug Day is Git Day!

As was announced recently, the TYPO3 v4 source code repository has been moved to the Git version control system. Furthermore the Gerrit review system was introduced instead of the old "core" mailing list. These changes are massive and taking the step to the new system is not easy. The Core Team is aware of this challenge and has decided to dedicate the next Bug Day to helping people start using Git and Gerrit. Many members have already pledged to be there and help. To prepare yourself for this day, please try to read all the relevant information already available in the TYPO3 wiki and go as far as possible in setting up your working environment. We won't be able to help efficiently if everyone is starting from scratch on Friday morning. The main communication channel will be the IRC channel (<link irc: irc.freenode.net typo3 bug day irc>irc://irc.freenode.net/#typo3-bugday), see you online. As usual we also welcome physical meeting places. If you are able to offer one such, please register it in the Bug Day's wiki page.
