The typo3.org-Team is currently working hard on the relaunch of typo3.org. In order to streamline things for the relaunch, the PSL has already been disabled and replaced by a redirect to the partner listing on typo3.com. With the relaunch of typo3.org, the partner program listing of typo3.com will be integrated into typo3.org again.
