Google Summer of Code 2010 application accepted

Categories: Community Created by ben van 't ende
This last week the projects for GSoC 2010 were announced and TYPO3's application for Google Summer of Code was amongst the accepted projects. We are again participating and have already determined ways on how to improve the experience of working with the TYPO3 community. We already got quite a number of student applications, but are keen on also having you on board.
Please have a look at our GSoC pages. This might inspire you to come up with your own idea. We are aiming for small projects we can finish during the GSoC 2010 itself. Of course we encourage you to come up with your own ideas.
You can find the exact timeline here: <link http: socghop.appspot.com document show gsoc_program google gsoc2010 timeline>socghop.appspot.com/document/show/gsoc_program/google/gsoc2010/timeline
Student application period starts on March 29th and lasts until April 9th. You can <link http: socghop.appspot.com gsoc program home google gsoc2010>apply as a student, but you can also submit an idea you have for the TYPO3 project.
We have dedicated a special mailing list for GSoC. Please ask your questions there. We will react asap. Your questions might also help others interested in participating.
