The content management system TYPO3 has evolved in recent years from a one-man show to a global community project. Meanwhile, TYPO3 has virtually become the standard for Open Source Enterprise Content Management on the Internet and is serving more than 500,000 web sites, intranets and web applications worldwide. Like most open source projects TYPO3 is also dependent on the help of volunteers, which are either sporadically or regularly involved in further development and associated tasks.

The TYPO3 Marketing Team is searching for volunteers

The TYPO3 Marketing Team was established to create a global marketing approach for TYPO3 as well as support for regional activities. The TYPO3 Marketing Team helps provide promotional and marketing material for the complete TYPO3 product family. After bringing the new typo3.org to release there are still many tasks open which need to be solved on a regular basis. If you are interested in or have already gained some experience in marketing or promotion and want to engage yourself with the TYPO3 project then join our team either as a "helping hand", contributor or even as a member and help us to solve some of the following tasks:
  • Develop and realize marketing strategies for the team in TYPO3 family
  • Go to regional and international events and represent TYPO3
  • Write blog posts for the TYPO3 reference blog t3blog.com
  • Manage the TYPO3 Professional Service Listings and Case Studies on typo3.org
  • Prepare whitepapers for decision makers
  • Work with various teams within the TYPO3 Family
