The release timeline for TYPO3 4.0 has been updated in order to have a final release together with the launch of the new corporate design.

TYPO3 4.0 marks the fourth major release of TYPO3. It enhances and extends functionality and usability for TYPO3 users and developers. In the second beta release, a lot of bugs from the first beta were fixed.

The Content Rendering Group (CRG) appears to be less active lately; at least that's what Marc Wöhlken (author of Advanced HTML Cleaner ? qcom_htmlcleaner) believed.
