13:20 – How to use the TYPO3 Value Map to draft your content 
13:30 – Introduction to the Content Brief and Working Docs
13:35 – Assignments and Getting Started
13:40 – Headsdown: Create your Content Brief & Outline
14:10 – Headsdown: Draft your draft - Part 1
14:40 – Break!
14:50 – Headsdown: Draft your draft - Part 2
15:50 – Group end of day check-in

Overnight "Heinzelmännchen" edits your work!

Day 2

13:00 – Welcome back! Overview of the agenda & gratitude statements
13:10 – Review edits and feedback
13:25 – Share reactions and insights from edits with the group 
13:50 – Finalize draft 
14:30 – Break!
14:40 – Social Media Narrative: What 5-6 topics should run micro campaigns around?
15:00 – Draft 5 messages per topic (each person takes one topic)
15:25 – Pass social media messages to team member for review
15:40 – Present back to group 
15:50 – Wrap-up & Feedback
