The General Assembly of the TYPO3 Association handles key governance matters, including approving reports, budgets, and membership changes, as well as electing board members, accountants, and commission representatives. It also reviews petitions, proposes by-law amendments, addresses complaints, and decides on matters not delegated to other bodies.

- Budget for the running year
- Determination of admission fees and annual dues for all types of members
Membership management
