TYPO3 GmbH Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board is elected by the Board of the TYPO3 Asssocation and takes care of these tasks:
- Audit and approval of the annual financial statements and in the formation of revenue reserves.
- Appointment, revocation, employment and termination of the GF, determination of the remuneration in agreement with the Executive Board of the TYPO3 Association.
- Consulting and approval of strategic decisions of TYPO3 GmbH, such as the introduction of new products.
- Supervision of the management
- Specification of information and reporting obligations for management.
- If it is necessary for the benefit of the company, the supervisory board shall convene a shareholders' meeting.
