RTE Lightbox

Enables lightbox for "click-enlarge" images in RTE. Supports all lightbox extensions: kj_imagelightbox2, perfectlightbox, pmkslimbox, pmkshadowbox, wsclicklightbox, jq_lightbox, jq_fancybox, sk_fancybox and all other.
