The TYPO3 Association and the Neos Team have closed their talks on the split from the TYPO3 Community with the signature of a Letter of Intent.
Both parties have agreed on a set of actions after consulting with their stakeholders and team members.
Amongst the items decided were the end of funding of the neos project and changes in the licence for the flow framework.
