WARNING: THE RELEASE CANDIDATE IS BROKENDue to the Core Team Meeting and the Developer Days in Munich the release of RC1 is two days later then planned - as announced on Monday. This will not affect the roadmap of TYPO3 4.7.0. Further releases will go as planned. A release candidate represents a version we regard as candidate for the final Release - if no blocking bugs come up. We advise to upgrade live installations and create new projects based on TYPO3version 4.7. TYPO3 4.7 ships with an interesting set of new features, new possibilities and bug fixes. Further information can be found in our release notes. Besides all amazing new features, over 200 bugs have been fixed since the release of TYPO3 4.6 in October 2011. For details about this particular release and the current progress, please read up on:
Please do not upgrade sites which are live! Due to a minor bug within the release script the Release Candidate packages do not contain TYPO3 4.7 but the early state of TYPO3 6.0 (including parts of FAL). This might raise additional problems! Please stay tuned - we will Release a new correct version soon....
