Extension Coordination Team
ECT - this is the short form of Extension Coordination Team.
The idea of ECT is to help all extension-developers with following aims:
- Good quality in code
- good standards and interfaces
- nice-to-use base-features (form-handling, translation-handling etc.)
- bringing ideas together
- using teams for synergy effects and more global concepts
ECT was founded 18:34, 6 December 2005 by Elmar Hinz (we can say it so detailed, because the team was founded in the TYPO3-Wiki)
