Using the TYPO3 logo

To achieve a unique and recognizable impression the logo colors are defined here.
These colors are to be used without exception.

Logo color

The standard case, which should be used whenever possible, is to use the logo on a white background.

CI Colors used: orange / green, text is black

If the logo is used on a dark background the text should be white:

CI Colors used: orange / green, text is white

Logo color variations

If needed there are some variations possible.

Logo greyscale

Attention: Greyscale applications of the logo on dark
or light backgrounds use different grey values respectively!

CI Colors used: 55% Black / 80% Black

CI Colors used: 35% Black / 55% Black

Logo black and white

For particularly plain or extremely small variations.

CI Colors used: black or white

Logo monochrome

In extraordinary cases the logo can be used in monochrome applications.
The typeface and the shape must be in the same color and no other color
of the TYPO3 color range must be used.

CI Colors used: none! But the whole logo must be in the same color!

The negative monochrome version is preferred in these cases:

CI Colors used: white only!

 

The logo on pictures

When embedded in pictures, the logo should be placed at the top or bottom of
the image. The logo can only be used once per image.
The size is flexible but should in general not exceed 5% of the image size.
In very small applications the black or white variation of the logo is acceptable.

 

IMPORTANT:

The logo is not to be placed in any other orientation but horizontally
or next to an object.
