Four-day hands-on sessions have proven to be a good way to focus on a specific topic - the places are open for everybody to join in coding.
This time, it's about JavaScript, File Abstraction Layer and extension management (not just the extension manager module), and we hope to jump to the next level on these issues to provide the best CMS tool out yet.

Just so you know, there is more going on: We are planning code sprints in San Francisco, one more Extbase "cleanup" code sprint for 6.1 and certainly quite some more for 6.2.
One more thing about 6.1: We haven't released TYPO3 Alpha 1 yet, as we decided in our weekly meetings to skip 6.1 Alpha 1 (not so many new things to see yet) and only have one alpha release - which is scheduled for March 5th - next tuesday!
