Dear members of the TYPO3 Association, dear TYPO3 community,
at this years General Assembly the Board has been given the task to continue the path to change in our organization. A large majority has given us the go for the elaboration of the <media 2975>presented scenario 3</media>.
We would like to inform you that we have started our work here and that we have chosen Alain Veuve as our Change Agent. He will create a team so that we can present a viable concept to the members of the TYPO3 Association at the next years General Assembly the latest.
On our way to this outcome we will continue to inform you on our progress and ask for your participation and advice.
