February 25, 2011 Bug Day report

Categories: Community
The latest Bug Day was a bit unusual, but still very efficient.
The February 2011 Bug Day took place just before the Berlin Code Sprint and during the TYPO3 Akademie 2011, so it's safe bet to say that quite a few people were already involved in some event or getting ready to. What's more the main focus was on fixing regressions introduced in TYPO3 4.5.1 and get 4.5.2 out of the door as quickly as possible. On top of that the TYPO3 wiki was locked due to its migration to a new server, so we don't have a list of participants. Nevertheless this Bug Day can be considered a success since bugs were fixed and TYPO3 4.5.2 was released. 16 bugs were resolved, 14 were opened, for a total reduction of 2 bugs. Many thanks to all those involved. The next Bug Day will take on March 25, 2011 and it will be a very special event. Keep your eyes peeled for the announcement and already book the day in your agenda.
