Virtual CSS

Easy to use stylesheets for backend-users. Includes a colorpicker. Available CSS Selectors in backend can be predefined.

Added the possibility to set a "type" for each stylesheet: 1. template style: will be used for all pages of a subtree. 2. single page style: will be used only on the pages, which can be chosen in backend. Please check the manual for this new feature.
