FE usergroup signup/signout plugin

With this extension logged in users can sign themselves up for/sign out of FE usergroups. NOTE: This is alpha and TS settings wil be replaced by records in future- so for now the ext is mostly for concept proof

Bug with echoes fixed. UPDATE: Now possible to have timelimited memberships for groups. Timelimitations are set for each group. Also updates to admin panel. NOTE: rrequires rc_expiring_fe_groups EXT to run.

2.4.0 Now features: If group field is left blank, it lists groups from pages (startingpoint) field. If startingpoint is also left blank, it lists groups from current page (fe_groups can now be inserted on normal pages)
2.3.0 works now - still a lot of static danish language. will fix in next version. No more use of CODE field, but enhancement to tt_content and fe_groups table. - works solely with mail-administration of groups.
