Newsletter for subscribers

Create a plain text, html (opt. from file) newsletter in the backend for subscribes in the frontend, for front-/backend users or for all of them. This basically extends gb_newsletter

- Modified some things in the backend br - PROBLEM: The HTML File-Upload does not work in the current TYPO3 Version 3.8.1. Please dont use it until an new version is posted.
