Caches all pages of a site. The pages are opened with help of wget. You have to install it first. Attention! Not all pages may show in the summary, cause not all pages are cached :-) Please send me some feedback.

Many thanks to Franz Ripfel for his feedback and code changes. Changed database access to dbal. Put configuration options into extension manager. Making use of domains is optional now.
