Just install the extension and add a new Content-Element to your page.
You have to select how many columns you want to use and which Elements should be rendered. The content elements will be distributed line by line.

Q: Where should the Content-Elements be stored?A: There are to possibilities where to store. First, within the same page in a non-visual page-column, second is in a SysFolder. If you wanna use the Extension on only a single page or display content on several pages, it may be better to use sysfolders. In my opinion it is more practical to store content within the page using a column which is not rendered to page. Even if this Column is not displayed in Web->Page modul, you can Access and edit via Web->List.
