Dynamic Sliding of Content Elements with AJAX

This extension enables the usual editor to set a content element as a sliding element. That means, the content is hidden by default and can be expanded and collapsed with a single click on it's header. This feature can be used with AJAX or without this proper fallbacks for non-javascript users.
