If you use “Filelinks DAM usage(dam_filelinks)” then by css_filelinks version 0.2.0 and higher you must use dam_filelinks 0.3.0 and higher. This is because until css_filelinks version 0.2.0 was DAM usage hardcoded to this extension and after 0.2.0 all DAM stuff was removed and the dam_filelinks must use hooks. So by css_filelinks < 0.2.0 you must use dam_filelinks < 0.3.0 and by css_filelinks >= 0.2.0 you must use dam_filelinks >= 0.3.0.
