Make it possible to update the XML file using the Backend.

Implement a special version of CSS Styled Content and updated alt_wap plugin, which renders content using information taken from the Wurfl XML file. This would make it possible to deliver very dynamic pages for mobile devices and unleash the full power of Typo3 to the mobile market.
