If you experience any problems with your minifcated, compressed or merged contents you should try to identify the problematic script. Afterwards you can add it to the ignore lists. If this doesn't help to fix the problem, you can exclude the scriptmerger for the page and report a bug on forge [http://forge.typo3.org/projects/show/extension-scriptmerger].
