The installation of this extension is very simple. Just connect to the Typo3 Extension Repository and download «HTMLArea RTE / OpenOffice Skin» (rtehtmlarea_openoffice), located in the backend section.

You can apply this skin globally to all backend users/groups, or choose to enable it through TSConfig. Please refer to the HTMLArea extension manual to learn about this feature.
