Import/Download the extension and install it like every other extension.
Include the static TS (from extension) in the template record (your root TS or make an ext. template just for the page where you want the extension be displayed). The steps for the real beginners are:
Select your root/first page.
Click in the menu on the left side “Template” and choose “Edit whole record”.
Scroll down until you see the the same thing as in the screenshot shown.
Search for the “rgecard” entry on the right side, click on it to get it on the left side.
Press “Save” and you are done.
Folow the section “Using rgEcard” below.
If there is another extension installed which uses Mootools (like pmkslimbox, rgsmoothgallery, rgsmoothscroll, ...) you need to use the extension t3mootools! Please take a look at the manual there – it is very simple to do!
To use the extension you need to create a page somewhere in your page tree where you add the Plugin “Slimbox Ecard Panel”. There a user will get the Ecard and/or needs to activate the Ecard.
Create an ext. template on that page where you add the following line in the Constants:plugin.pmkslimbox.slimboxJS = EXT:pmkslimbox/res/scripts/slimbox_ex.jsThis is necessary to deactivate the sending of Ecards on that page. This is highly recommended!
Go back to the root page where you added the static TS and switch to the constant editor.
Switch to the section “rgecard” and enter at least the pids where to save the records and where the admin panel from step 1 is saved.These 2 steps are required!
