Project Management System

Overview
Most web sites are managed by teams so for efficient work a project management system is needed (or at least should be used). As TYPO3 is already a complex and big system, most people tend to avoid setting up another complex system for project management, therefore missing the chance to fully control their progress with their website. I'd like to see an implementation of an easy to use project management inside typo3 (something like an advanced task center). It should be implemented as frontend plugin as there could be people involved, who don't work with the backend (or TYPO3 at all - like those who implement the ad campaigns on other pages etc.).
Issues
No project management system exists for TYPO3 - we should get one.
Goals / Deliverables
Frontend extension (or dependent on features even extensions) for project management, something. like:
- timeline (gantt-charts) / milestones
- tasks / assignments / issue tracker
- cost calculation (how much more money do we need?)
- stakeholder management (who is involved and should be asked etc.)
- responsibilities

Perhaps a solution that is a mix of all TYPO3 ToDo lists with the task center and a good portion of dotproject.
