Parc Downsview Park Inc. (PDP) is an agent and deemed parent Crown corporation, subject to Part X of the Financial Administration Act and operating at arm's length from the Government of Canada and reporting to Parliament through the Minister of State, Infrastructure.

PDP was incorporated as a subsidiary of Canada Lands Company Limited in July 1998, and in April 1999, it formally assumed responsibility for managing and developing the Downsview lands.
